Whos ready to slit gamings throat with the Razer Blade
(1/1)
Masahiko:
Razer CEO Min-Liang Tan.
"It was simple, minimalist and utilitarian – and we used it for everything from hunting, to preparing food, cutting rope and building floats. Every night after setting up camp, I would spend my time sharpening it during watch. It was one of the finest knives I've ever used – clean, cold. supremely balanced and lethally sharp." Kotaku.com
Only $2.8k but now with SSD
Xoul:
2.8k.... fuck.
dysent:
that's about 1000$ more for similar hardware as my ASUS G74SX-A2, though mine is a bit of a monster... near on 10lbs, massive.
This thing is light, but that leads me to believe that:
- heat distribution will suck
- battery life will suck
e.g. constrains you from using it portably, even though it's more portable.
Iudofaex:
The reviews were saying battery life was 2.5 gaming/6 idling. I'm not sure how that matches up to other gaming laptops, but it sounds competitive to me.
Murf:
Maybe if I was still a boy living in a dorm. But I am a grown man and for grown men desktops are king.
