My question is, can i take the new items i am buying and just replace the old stuff in my current computer? Will it fit/ is it compatible? I know i probably need to upgrade my video card too, but thats going to come just a little later! HELP

Loktera convinced me to just get a new case to, so this is the one i decided on.

I can't seem to find it on the page - is your current motherboard standard ATX?
That SSD comes with an adapter to fit in most HDD cages, so you should be set there.

Current MB is MSI G31M3 V2

I used velcro as a temporary solution for my SSD. Since I just built a similar machine, you may want to review my post as well for some alternatives to some of the items you chose, but really it's kind of subjective so go with what you want. I'do to your motherboard mfg website and confirm the RAM is verified to work with it and you should be good.

Looks good for the most part. You might want to read over this toms hardware article if your biggest concern is BF3 performance though.
