Game seems fine they must be doing back end work and balance on the spells to make the game feel better to people.

Q1-2 next year is my guess. No reason to delay any more than that unless something is really broken.

this is blizzard. moreover this is DIABLO.... anything they do diablo related is subject to being pushed back at any point for any length of time. assume it will NEVER come out until release day.

Absolutely. Blizzard has been minting money for so long with WoW that they don't care when new games come out anymore. They're much more of the opinion that "The game will come out when it's done."
